Bollywood has never been so deserted and without spirit. No filming for films, serials, soaps and entertainment programmes has taken place in 2 months of COVID-19 lockdown. It is wearing down producers, actors and crew. They are now anxious to resume and waiting for the government to give clearance to resume filming. Under new protocols, film makers are eager to wrap their pending films post the lockdown. Alia Bhatt starrer `Gangubai Kathiawadi` could be one of the first films to go on floors. Sanjay Leela Bhansali was already shooting in Film City as the set is still intact and its easier to begin. Of course, all agree that necessary precautions will be put in place once the permission is granted by the Maharashtra Chief Minister. A lot of film makers have kept their sets in place and would be ready for action. Producers Guild of India has drafted new protocols for the film and TV industry, to be followed once they receive a go ahead from Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. FWICE have also added a few pointers to the same. FWICE Secretary said that Corona is not going to end soon and going by the past few months the way shoot has stopped, we have kept the necessary precautions in mind and written a letter to the CM urging to start the shoot.
