Mumbai comes in Level 3 under the unlock plan. The governing bodies of the entertainment industry argued that minimum 12-hour schedules are essential to churning out TV episodes and to allow for proper film shooting. They have made a special request for the 7 am to 7 pm shift. Thackeray also insisted that all associated with the media and entertainment industry should be vaccinated in the next two months.
