Levelling the 5 match series by 2-2 the visiting australian team defeated India after chasing their highest ODI score of whooping 359 runs in the 4th ODI at Mohali. Australia cricket team has levelled the ongoing five-match series 2-2, against India, winning the fourth ODI at Mohali by four wickets on Sunday. Australia chased down the victory target of 359 runs with 13 balls to spare. Usman Khawaja with 91, Peter Handscomb with 117 set up the monumental chase after the loss of two early wickets but the real gem was Ashton Turner whose blistering knock of 84 not out off just 43 balls took them home. Turner was adjudged Man of the Match. Earlier, winning the toss and electing to bat, India scored 358 for the loss of 9 wickets. Shikhar Dhawan with 143 runs and Rohit Sharma with 95 runs shared a 193 run opening partnership but the rest of the team could not capitalise on the start and Australian bowlers led by Pat Cummings` 5 wickets restricted the Indian juggernaut on the flat wicket. It is the highest successful run chase by Australia in ODIs. And it is also highest successful chase against India in ODI. The series decider will be played in Delhi on Wednesday.
