India visa curbs benefit others |
The US government earlier this year issued some new rules to deter alleged fraud in H-1B visa applications. The move proposes tough measures for applicants to the US` most-coveted pool of highly-skilled visas. These restrictions on H-1B visas, however, are expected to help some other countries. In a report, online technical recruiting platform HackerRank named 10 nations that are poised to benefit from H-1B visa curbs on India. Topping the HackerRank`s list is Singapore. The survey puts the country`s chances at 70.3%. According to the study, Singapore outranked others due to its beneficial business taxes and internet speed. The country is also said to have emerged as Asia`s newest technology darling.Next on the list is Poland with 67.4%. Poland reportedly receives high marks for its developers, who ranked third worldwide in the study. The country is said to offer affordable costs in establishing a developer team.
