NDA meet ahead of election results |
After most of the Exit polls predicted the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party led National Democratic Alliance to be re-elected to form government at the Centre, top leaders of NDA will meet over dinner on Tuesday ahead of declaration of Lok Sabha poll results on Thursday. The meeting will take place in New Delhi where NDA leaders including BJP President Amit Shah will chalk out strategy on possible outcome of General elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to be present there besides Bihar Chief Minister and JD(U) President Nitish Kumar, Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray and Lok Janshakti Party head Ram Vilas Paswan. A meeting of senior BJP leaders is also scheduled to be held at party headquarters before the dinner meeting. The two meetings are taking place in the backdrop of exit polls which have predicted a return of BJP led NDA government at the Centre.
