Kejriwal anti-graft helpline |
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal launched a revamped 24x7 anti-graft helpline and promised to make Delhi the country`s first corruption-free city. The helpline, 1031, which empowers Delhiites to carry out stings and recordings as evidence, had received 5,500 calls in the first hour of its re-launch. The function was held at a packed Talkatora stadium to coincide with the fourth anniversary of Anna Hazare`s first call against corruption from Jantar Mantar. Kejriwal also used the occasion as a show of strength with all 66 MLAs in attendance.
