Nanda`s book on religious traditions |
RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat launched a book titled “Compassion in the 4 Dharmic Traditions” written by Pof Ved Prakash Nanda. Launching the book, Bhagwat said: “Any organisation begins with the motive of service but only those sustain which have compassion (karuna). In lack of compassion, what can be there in the society… we can see this in newspapers and television channels.”BJP veteran L. K. Advani was also present among others at the book launch programme at Constitution Club in New Delhi. “One may define religion in different ways but without compassion there can’t be any religion. If a person of one religion criticises people of other religions, this means he is not even following his own religion,” Advani said.
