Bollywood and sports fans had anxiously awaited this film. Well, the trailer of the film 83 is out. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. The film`s release got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 83 will premiere on Christmas Day 2021. In the 3 minute-49-second trailer, director Kabir Khan takes you back to 1983, when India made a historic win in the Men`s Cricket World Cup. The trailer takes you through the Indian team`s journey, their struggles, their wins, and their losses. Deepika Padukone makes an appearance in the trailer, and she is the perfect supportive wife. According to a release, actors trained for months with the real cricketers they were portraying in order to understand the nuances of the bat-and-ball game that originated in east England. The film will be released in cinemas in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The project is collectively produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Phantom Films, Reliance Entertainment.
