Bollywood ace actor Ajay Devgn`s aspiring historical project, `Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior` has already raised the excitement within the audience since the makers revealed its first poster in 2017. The fiery poster of the film looked impressive and convincing as it showed Ajay in the Maratha gear, defending himself from blazing arrows on the battlefield. The highlight of the film is that his actress wife Kajol will star opposite Ajay Devgn. The film is undergoing its pre-production work and the makers are yet to lock the final casting of the film. If reports are to be believed, Ajay Devgn`s wife and actress Kajol is expected to come on boards to play Taanaji`s better half. Though the film focuses on the heroic fight of Taanaji Malusare in the Battle of Sinhagad, it also puts light on his personal life. Ajay and Kajol to share the screen space after years.The movie will be made with a huge  budget of Rs. 150 crore and is expected to go on floors by September this year. Meanwhile, Kajol is gearing up for the release of her film, Helicopter Eela, which is produced by Ajay Devgn and is slated to release on September 14, 2018.
