Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi announced that he is dating Bollywood actor and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, sending netizens into a frenzy. In a post on Twitter on 14th July evening, Lalit Modi spoke about a new beginning with Sushmita Sen. Lalit said "Just back in London after a whirling global tour #maldives # sardinia with the families – not to mention my #betterhalf @sushmitasen47 – a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon (sic),”. The post created a wild buzz on social media, with many speculating if the duo is going to get married soon. However, the ex-IPL boss soon clarified that the two are `just dating`. He tweeted again saying “Just for clarity. Not married – just dating each other. That too will happen one day,”. Lalit Modi has been in London since 2010 when he left India amid investigations into tax evasion and money-laundering cases. Sushmita Sen, who was crowned Miss Universe in 1994, made her debut in Bollywood with the 1996 film "Dastak". She has starred in films like "Biwi No 1", "Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya", "Main Hoon Na" and "No Problem". Sushmita Sen has two daughters – Alisah and Renee. The 46-year-old actress was last seen in the web series "Aarya 2".
