Tiger in short film ‘Jahaan’ focus on climate crisis
Bollywood star Tiger Shroff in a short film ‘JAHAAN – the last gift’ has brought up the climate crisis in a fiction short film. The teaser was unveiled in first week of May after the film was officially screened at the first Waves Summit 2025 in Mumbai. A thought-provoking short film tries to rally mass awareness on environment and social responsibility. Tiger is known for his action roles but is an ardent promoter of environmental causes and sustainability. Tiger Shroff who also stars in the film said on social media “Sometimes the end is the new beginning. Happy to be a part of this short film with such a powerful message directed by my bro @rahuldid. Directed by Rahul Shetty, JAHAAN brings out the realities of climate change and human apathy. Produced by R.D Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and RS Studios, the film calls for action by public to reconnect with nature lest we leave behind a world not so suitable for beings. Tiger Shroff is a staunch nature lover and as a youth icon wants to garner public support against degradation of the environment by humans. Tiger Shroff said “Being part of Jahaan was a deeply meaningful experience. It’s a project that speaks to the urgent need to care for our planet, and I’ve always believed in using my voice for causes that matter. This film is a wake-up call we all need”.
Choreographer-turned-director Rahul Shetty is co-supported in the project by celebrities Remo D’Souza, Lizelle D’Souza, and RS Dance Studios. They all feel that the film ‘JAHAAN – The Last Gift’ is a wake-up call!
