Famous Tamil star Silambarasan Thesingu Rajendar AKA Simbu is thrilled about his upcoming film “Maanaadu” directed by Venkat Prabhu. Fans were delighted and stormed the Internet on October 2 as the trailer of “Maanaadu” was dropped online. As seen in the trailer, “Maanaadu” is a political thriller that explores the time loop concept, where one or two characters get stuck in a day and the events repeat till they crack it. Simbu underwent a drastic physical transformation during the lockdown in 2020 and shed several kilos to lead a healthy life. He then signed back-to-back films and is confident of releasing them in theatres. He recently wrapped up the shooting of “Maanaadu”. Director AR Murugadoss, Nivin Pauly, Nani, and Rakshit Shetty released the film`s trailer in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada. While the film is titled “Maanaadu” in Tamil and Malayalam, it is called “The Loop” in Telugu and Kannada.
