Bollywood has begun theatrical releases, but OTT platforms are dominating the lives of Indians for entertainment and sports. COVID-19 has clearly changed that paradigm. So far, mystery thrillers have been a rage. A new addition to the long list is the Malayalam language film COLD CASE. Starring Prithviraj, the film revolves around untold secrets left behind by spirits when they leave the earth. Prithviraj is a police officer who believes in standing by logic, even when he is pitched against paranormal forces while solving a case. Cold Case also features actors, Adithi Balan, Suchitra Pillai, Lakshmi Priya, Alencier Lopez, Anil Nedumangad, and Athmiya. The horror film has been directed by cinematographer Tanu Balak. Talking about the film actor Prithviraj said, "It is an absolute delight to be part of such an amazingly crafted story. With a complete who-dun-it setup. The film will take you through a thrilling journey". Producer Anto Joseph opted for streaming the film on Amazon Prime Video with a premiere on 30th June.
