On Thursday, July 18, the teaser for Amar Kaushik`s horror-comedy was unveiled. Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi are the film`s main stars. According to the teaser, the movie appears to continue where the first installment of the horror-comedy series left off in 2018. Chanderi is tormented once more, but this time it`s not by `Stree`s` ghost. Rajkummar, Abhishek, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana are among the Chanderi locals who are on a mission to battle a brand-new monster this time. The teaser also features Tamannaah Bhatia. The storyline of the movie was inspired by the Karnataka urban legend Nale Ba (Come tomorrow). It was inspired on an Indian folktale about a witch that kidnaps men alone at night and only takes their clothing with her. On August 15, Independence Day, Stree 2, a film from Maddock Films, directed by Dinesh Vijan, will be released in theaters. It will compete with Akshay Kumar`s Khel Khel Mein at the box office.
