The film, into its fourth week, has also broken the record of Mega blockbuster - Bahubali 2: The Conclusion`s box office collection on the fourth Sunday. The film has Vicky Kaushal in the lead role, who had a dream year in 2018 as both his earlier releases, Raazi and Sanju, were big hits themselves. The film also stars Yami Gautam as the female lead. The Ronnie Screwvala production made 1.2 million dollar on the 24th day breaking Bahubali 2`s record of 1.08 million dollars. Overall, URI has till now minted 26.4 million dollars at the box office. The film is the first preference of the movie goers, even as big ticket releases like Manikarnika and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga have released. The Aditya Dhar directed film is a patriotic action thriller based on the Indian Army`s surgical strikes in the POK as a retaliation of the attack on the Uri army base.
