Bollywood star Anushka Sharma, who is co-producing `NH10`, has convinced her director Navdeep Singh that she would do her own stunts in the movie. The director was afraid that most of the roles Anushka has played so far have been softer characters, whereas her character in `NH 10` demands stunts and action scenes. There was a rock climbing scene to be shot recently, and a body double had been called. But Anushka insisted on doing the scene herself. Being an army kid, Anushka loves challenges and is also trained and practised to be able to enact some hand-to-hand combat scenes. Co-producer Vikramaditya Motwane confirms the news and says the film is a gritty ­thriller, so the action is very real. Anushka will get an overseas trainer for stunts.
