Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut rings in her 28th birthday on March 23 with a special party planned by her `Tanu Weds Manu` director Anand L Rai. The director is keen to launch the official poster of the sequel called `Tanu Weds Manu Returns` that is being filmed right now in Haryana. Rai is hosting a launch event in New Delhi, for which Rai has planned to convert the venue into marriage halls with flower decorations and other things. Kangana plays a double role in the movie co-starring R Madhavan, who she had paired up with in the prequel. The movie releases in May. The Himachal beauty has indeed covered a long journey in Bollywood. Kangana wasn`t the first choice for her debut movie, the 2006 release `Gangster` as the director chose Chitraganada Singh earlier. Kangana is a strong personality, having left her home to pursue her dream to become an actor at the age of 16 and joined Delhi-based Theater group Asmita under Arvind Gaur. At 28, Kangana has already won the National Award for her supporting role in `Fashion` and two Filmfare awards, for best actress and best debut.
