Bollywood is plagued with death hoaxes these days. The latest Bollywood celebrity to become a victim is Shakti Kapoor. Early on February 21, 2015, Shakti Kapoor woke up to calls and messages enquiring about his well-being. It was a reaction to a WhatsApp text that went viral declaring that the 56-year-old actor had died in a car crash on his way to Khandala. He had just returned from Bangkok. The actor assured every panic stricken well wisher that he is fine. In the past, Ayushmann Khurrana of the `Nautanki Saala` fame was also a victim of such a hoax that claimed that the actor had died in an accident.
