Bollywood fans of star Ajay Devgn are excited that he has decided to revive his much hyped directorial venture titled `Shivaay`. Devgn had reportedly postponed, if not shelved, the venture. Devgn had announced 2015 as the year for his directorial debut `Shivaay`. Even a foreign cast was roped in for the film and the crew had set out to kick start the recee for the film in Canada. Citing climate conditions, not only did they decide to return but the film was put on the back burner. Ajay then started work on Nishikant  Kamat`s `Drishyam` remake and even signed Milan Luthria`s `Baadshaho`. Producer Eros International was said to have backed out of `Shivaay`.
