An FIR has been filed against `Mastizaade’s director Milap Zaveri and actors Sunny Leone, Vir Das and Tusshar Kapoor in Mumbai. Complainant, advocate Gaurav Gulati says , the actors were seen discussing condoms inside a temple in a “vulgar manner”.The case has been filed in Mumbai’s Adarsh Nagar police station. `Mastizaade` is an adult comedy which starred Sunny Leone in a double role. It is produced by Pritish and Rongita Nandy. The film released on January 29, 2016. Earlier, Gulati had filed a complaint against Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan for wearing shoes in a temple while shooting Bigg Boss 9.
