The Child commission has directed the Mumbai police to file a first information report (FIR) against actor Shah Rukh Khan in a 2012 IPL case in which he had got into a brawl with security guard at Wankhede stadium. The commission has directed the police to file a FIR under sections of the Indian Penal code and under the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act, 2006. The commission has also ordered an enquiry for not registering F.I.R. in this matter. Advocate Abha Singh confirmed that an order was passed by the child`s commission in the case.
