`Hera Pheri 3` , the sequel to the 2006 hit comedy, `Phir Hera Pheri` starring  `Hera Pheri` stars John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal seems to have been shelved.  Apparently,  the shooting of the movie was suddenly  stalled. This movie  was being made by Firoz Nadiadwala whose last film, `Welcome Back` did not fare  well at the box-office. It is being said that the filmmaker is in debt and has a dearth of finances to complete the shooting of `Hera Pheri 3`.
