Media reports say that  Bata  Shoe Co has sent a legal notice  notice to the makers of `Jolly LLB 2`. Bata contends that  the scene shown in the recently released theatrical trailer of the film in which  Anu Kapoor  humiliates  Akshay Kumar`s character by saying that the latter wears Bata shoes. Kumar feels humiliated and slaps Kapoor as a reaction. The dialogue is intended to convey that the brand BATA is adorned only by lower strata of society. Incidentally, Akshay Kumar is a brand ambassador of another shoe company.
