It’s been almost a week ever since the "Kareena Kapoor Khan pregnancy" news started doing the rounds, and they don’t seem to be dying anytime soon. While a lot of media reports have been suggesting that the gorgeous actress is in her second trimester, there has been no confirmation from either the Kapoor family or the Nawabs. But, Kareena’s body language in a recent event simply bolstered everyone’s belief that the Begum indeed is pregnant.  Kareena attended  a  UNICEF  event  recently  in Lucknow, which was intended to create awareness towards menstrual health and hygiene among young girls. While her face was glowing like always, the loose-fit anarkali suit made things quite obvious.
