Bollywood actors Dhritiman Chatterjee and Konkona Sen Sharma have worked together in `Shunyo Awnko` and `15 Park Avenue`. They will now be seen in Saibal Mitra`s `Sajarur Kanta`. It is a murder mystery based on Saradindu Bandopadhyay story of the same name. Dhritiman plays an older Byomkesh Bakshi and Konkona as the female lead, Deepa. The original story has a retired Byomkesh in it. So, it was not difficult for him to fit in. Saibal is a longtime friend and is very systematic. Dhritiman said rights to Byomkesh subjects are easily available and the stories appeal to adults. Also, the stories deal with several complicated psychological issues. Byomkesh films have been commercially successful so far. Konkona is excited, even if she hasn`t been a follower of crime thrillers.
