India`s singer-actress Monica Dogra`s international docu-series “Woman With Gloria Steinem,” based on gender-related violence, has been nominated in the Outstanding Documentary or Non Fiction Series category at the upcoming 68th Emmy Awards. Excited Monica  thanked  Gloria Steinem and the entire production team for bringing very important women`s issues to light through the power of mainstream media.  She felt lucky and  blessed with Emmy  award. Steinem is the executive producer and host of the series, which is nominated alongside “American Masters,” “Chef`s Table,” “Making A Murderer” and “The Seventies” in the category.The 68th Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will be held at The Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles Sept. 18.
