Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam is involved in yet another controversy though it has nothing to do with his songs. Nigam tweeted  that Zee Music has put a ban on him, for allegedley for sharing a video in support on Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader Kumar Vishwas. The video claims that Zee News had added a voice-over "Latak Gaya?" to make it sound as if Kumar was asking the question at Jantar Mantar after Rajasthan`s Gajendra Singh hanged himself to death during a rally of Aam Admi Party on April 22. Earlier, in December 2013, Sonu Nigam, along with several other singers including Sunidhi Chauhan and Shreya Ghoshal, was part of a campaign against music companies and refused to sign contracts with music labels that do not give them a share of royalty for the songs they sing. Sonu Nigam tweeted that he may give up singing in Bollywood because of `unfair` contracts, after he refused to sign a contract for Shekhar Suman`s Heartless, the music right of which is with T Series. The singer described the contract feudal, humiliating and illegal.
