Bollywood actress and former Miss India Pooja Batra, known for churning out hit movies in Bollywood and South India, left  the industry for marriage.  Now, she  is back after   divorce. Her Punjabi movie "Killer Punjabi" hit theaters  and won laurels. At present,  she is in the news for her international world premiere and trailer launch of her new film "One Under the Sun" that  took place at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival and had an overwhelming response, in which the star cast came to support Batra`s Hollywood debut. "One Under the Sun" is the story of astronaut Kathryn Voss (Batra), the sole survivor of a disastrous space shuttle mission. As a distraught mother desperate to reunite with her terminally ill daughter, she becomes a wanted fugitive after discovering she possesses an extraordinary gift. She is very proud  to play a lead in her  first Hollywood film. Of course, she  took hints from Indian-born astronaut Kalpana Chawla and American astronaut Sunita Williams. The trailer launch took place at the Indian Pavilion of the Cannes Film Festival.
