Filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor says he has discussed a script with Kangana Ranaut, which is like `Masoom`.   Known for path-breaking films likes of `Masoom` (1983), `Mr India` (1987), `Bandit Queen` (1994), or `Elizabeth (1998),  both in Bollywood as well as Hollywood, Shekhar admitted that  he had met Bollywood`s most controversial actress Kangana  Ranaut one day and  they  spoke about a film.  However,  he is still writing it, and once he is done  done with it, he  will definitely going to make it. It’s on the lines of film `Masoom`.  When asked he said yes it will be  `Masoom 2` though  it will have? nothing to do with `Masoom`. He only meant that it’s a very intimate film, like `Masoom` was. He also confirmed that  Kangana would  play an 85-year-old woman in the film.
