Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha  who turned 29 on June 2, 2016,   will soon start shooting for “Noor”. She  plays  the role of a journalist named Noor  in  her upcoming film,   which she calls  is a  “bundle of contradictions”. Directed by Sunhil Sippy, “Noor” is an adaptation of popular novel “Karachi, You’re Killing Me!”, written by Pakistani journalist Saba Imtiaz.Set in Mumbai, the film will capture Noor’s journey of a real struggling girl and that suits her most.  The film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Abundantia Entertainment. Kumar  believes ‘Noor’ will  connect  well with today’s audiences. Vikram Malhotra, founder and CEO of Abundantia Entertainment, says ‘Noor’  narrates  a story that is young, relatable and very slice-of-life yet unique in its own way. He is happy that that Sunhil Sippy is helming this tale and that T-series is partnering with  them  once again.
