Another controversy is set to rage with the next Bollywood film, ‘The Terror Report’ that is a sequel to ‘The Sabarmati Report’ of 2024.

For director Vishnu Varadhan the first Hindi work was the war-biopic ‘Shershaah’ in 2021. ‘The Terror Report’ is produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar and Sudhir Chaudhary. Ekta and Shobha were also responsible for producing ‘The Sabarmati Report’ under their Balaji Telefilms banner. For ‘The Terror Report’ Balaji collaborates with Ellipsis Entertainment.

A recent promotional video on social media shows the film depicting cross border terrorism, in India's northern borders, and the Indian response, including ‘Operation Sindoor’.
