Bollywood’s next awaited flick is ‘The Vvaan’ starring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia. The film releases 25 September 2026 in theatres. The poster just released shows the film is mythological and a folklore fantasy. Makers said the artwork with a lone, warrior-like figure standing between a circling bull and a tiger hints at a conflict within the folklore. Producers say the audience should await a large-scale theatrical spectacle. ‘The Vvaan’ also have ample action, comedy and adventure. Fantasy and folklore rooted in Indian storytelling traditions with extensive visual effects in a new and bold step. ‘The Legend of Vvaan’ is also now a comic book that introduces the audience to the world of mythology and folklore. This makes it certain that there would be sequels. ‘The Vvaan’ film is a collaboration between Balaji Motion Pictures and TVF Motion Pictures that have set out to develop ambitious original folklore entertainers. The film is directed by Deepak Mishra, screenplay is by Arunabh Kumar and cinematography is by Manu Anand. The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R. Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari.
