The ongoing battle between Bollywood and the Censor Board hit rock bottom when the makers of `Udta Punjab` decided to approach the court for the latest issues cropping up regarding the film`s release. While both the parties have aggressively made their comments in the media, the ultimatum lies in the hands of Bombay High Court.The  producer`s advocate claimed to have a disclaimer in the starting of the film.  Two, they  are asking for an `A` certificate. Anurag Kashyap`s lawyer maintained that the standards were evolving and that whatever has been depicted in the film does not in any manner intend any harm to sovereignty of the nation. Furthermore, he added that the CBFC had not heard their side while demanding such a large number of cuts.The Judge has asked the Censor Board to justify the cuts that they have demanded in the film according to the guidelines of film censorship. He further questioned the Censor Board on approving film titles like `Go Goa Gone` and `Bombay to Goa` and not giving a green signal to `Udta Punjab`.The CBFC, chaired by Pahlaj Nihalani  is said to have reportedly demanded an alteration of the narrative with as many as 94 cuts.
