It`s no more a secret  that shooting for the forthcoming `Badlapur` had depressed Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan. Now, the actor has revealed that playing the character of Raghu in the film also affected his friendships with his school buddies and friends within the film industry, including  young actress Alia Bhatt. Apparently, Varun had  cut himself off from all his friends and family while shooting for the movie  as he got into the skin of the violent and vengeful character of Raghu. Varun says that  the high price he had to pay to do this film. He underwent many casualties in terms of personal relationships. The actor regrets that phase in his life and  wants to mend those relationships. He is confident that after watching the movie , his friends will sympathize or pity him.
