‘KD – The Devil’ trailer: Sanjay Dutt says movie big on emotion & action
‘KD – The Devil’ trailer has taken the Internet by storm. A star-studded trailer release of the film has the audience’s eyeballs rolling and ears all tuned. The event was graced by acclaimed filmmaker Priyadarshan. Trailer is being launched in five big cities of India between 10th and 12th July. ‘KD – The Devil’ is a a powerful example of how Bollywood is now embracing films originally crafted across different states and in different original languages of India. Multilingual release through Multiplexes and OTT platforms expand audiences and revenues across India and worldwide. ‘KD – The Devil’ s a 1970’s gangster mega action-drama from south India for a multilingual pan-India release in 2026. ‘KD – The Devil’ stars Druva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, Reeshma Nanaiah, Poonam Jhawar, Ramesh Aravind, V Ravichandram and Nora Fatehi. It is directed by Prem and produced by Suprith. Music is by Arjun Janya. Production company is KVN Productions. ‘KD – The Devil’ will release in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The trailer and makers tell us - Dhruva Sarja’s role is one of relentless energy, Sanjay Dutt can be held in awe in his signature aura as Dhak Deva, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is royally elegant as Satyavati, Ramesh Aravind as Dharma, Reeshma Nanaiah as Machhlakshmi, Nora Fatehi is strikingly glamorous and V. Bollywood megastar Sanjay Dutt says he did the film for the amazing director Prem. Sanjay adds that his character and film are lovely. Sanjay admits as Dhak Deva the role is powerful and also one in which the relationship with the wife is unique. Sanjay Dutt says since the day of ‘Rocky’ he has only worked on films for the masses, and ‘KD – The Devil’ one big film for the masses. At the trailer launch of ‘KD – The Devil’ Sanjay Dutta responded to questions. Dutt’s two big Bollywood movies ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘The Raja Saab’ are set for release on 5th December 2025. He plays two different roles in the movies and hopes they don’t clash.
